Why not just use Trello Premium?
Trello Premium doesn't offer multi-board calendar, smart inbox, or natural language search. Xello adds these features without replacing Trello.
How is Xello different from Trello Planner?
Trello Planner (Premium only) shows your Google Calendar next to your boards and blocks focus time, but scheduling a card there does not change its due date. Xello schedules the cards themselves: drag one and its Trello due date moves instantly, mornings or afternoons, across every board, and it works with Trello Free.
Does Xello work with a free Trello account?
Yes, no Trello subscription required. Works with all account types.
How does the connection work?
Connection via standard Trello OAuth protocol. In 30 seconds, you authorize Xello to read your boards and cards. Read-only access available.
Does Xello work on my phone?
Yes. Xello is an installable web app: open it on your phone, add it to your home screen, and you get the same full calendar as on desktop, with touch drag-and-drop and capture into the Inbox. No app store, no separate app.
Does AI read my cards?
