What it does
A calendar layer for Trello, not just one board
The native Trello calendar shows a single board at a time. Xello turns your whole Trello account into one calendar you can plan from.
Every board, one calendar
Pull cards from all your Trello boards into a single calendar instead of opening each board one at a time.
Drag to reschedule
Move a card to a new day and the due date updates in Trello instantly. No copying dates by hand.
Mornings and afternoons
Drop a card in the top of a day for the morning, the bottom for the afternoon, and drag to order your day. Trello only has a due date.
ICS sync, all boards
One iCalendar feed covering every board, ready to subscribe to in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar.
Checklist & custom-field dates
See due dates from cards, checklist items and custom fields together on the same calendar.
Smart Inbox capture
Capture an idea from email or your phone into an inbox, then schedule it onto a board later.
Search across boards
Find any card by typing a plain sentence, across every board you connect.
Setup
Add it in under a minute
Add the Power-Up
Open any board, click the board menu, choose Power-Ups, and add Xello. It installs in one click.
Authorize once
Connect your Trello account so Xello can read your boards and write date changes back. Your tokens are encrypted.
Open your calendar
Click the Xello Calendar button on the board to see your cards on a calendar, then jump to the full app for every board.
Power-Up vs native
How it compares to Trello's built-in calendar
Trello's own calendar is useful for a single board. Here is what the Xello Power-Up adds once you run more than one.

| Cards from all your boards in one calendar | One board at a time | |

The full calendar in Trello - and beyond
The Power-Up gives you a real calendar without leaving Trello: every board you choose in one view, colour-coded by board, with month and week layouts and drag-to-reschedule that writes the due date straight back to Trello.
The full Xello app adds what a calendar inside a Trello popup can’t: a Smart Inbox to capture tasks from email or your phone, search you can type a sentence into, a faster standalone app on desktop and mobile, and deeper editing. Your Trello account stays the single source of truth the whole time.
In the full app
- Smart Inbox capture from email and phone
- Natural-language search across boards
- The Live Island: every drag and save, confirmed live
- Edit labels, members and create cards
- A faster standalone app on desktop and mobile

Frequently asked questions
Is there a calendar Power-Up for Trello?
Yes. Xello is a calendar Power-Up that shows your Trello cards on a calendar, and unlike the single-board native view it brings every board you choose into one place. You add it from any board in one click.
Can I see all my Trello boards in one calendar?
Yes. That is the main reason to use Xello over the native Trello calendar: it merges cards from all the boards you connect into a single drag-and-drop calendar, colour-coded by board.
Does the Power-Up work with Trello Free?
Yes. Xello works with Trello Free and paid plans alike. You do not need Trello Premium or a per-board calendar Power-Up to see your cards on a calendar.
How is this different from Trello Planner?
Trello Planner is Premium-only and blocks focus time next to your boards, but scheduling a card there does not change its due date. The Xello Power-Up schedules the cards themselves: drag one and its Trello due date moves instantly, in the morning or the afternoon, across every board, on Trello Free.
Does it sync with Google Calendar?
Yes. Xello gives you one ICS feed covering all your boards, which you subscribe to once in Google, Apple or Outlook. Your Trello deadlines then appear next to your meetings and refresh automatically.
How much does it cost?
The Power-Up is free to add to Trello. Using Xello has a 14-day trial, then Solo at 3.99 EUR per month for the Power-Up, every-board calendar, Smart Inbox, search and sync.
Is Xello affiliated with Trello?
No. Xello is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Atlassian or Trello. Trello is a trademark of Atlassian.
