Terms of Service
Last updated 17 June 2026
These terms govern your use of Xello, a calendar layer for Trello. By signing in you agree to them.
The service
Xello connects to your Trello account, with your authorisation, to show your cards on a calendar and let you reschedule them. Xello is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Trello or Atlassian. Your use of Trello remains governed by Atlassian's own terms.
Your account
You sign in with Trello. You are responsible for keeping access to your Trello account secure and for the activity under your Xello account. You must be allowed to access the Trello boards you connect.
Plans and billing
Xello offers paid plans with a 14-day in-app trial. The trial does not require a payment card. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the interval shown at checkout, and prices are shown before you subscribe.
- Trial: the 14-day trial gives temporary access without automatic charging. When the trial ends, Xello asks you to subscribe before continuing.
- Renewal: paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from Settings > Plan > Manage subscription. Access continues until the end of the paid period; we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
- Failed payments: if a payment fails we will retry and may pause paid access if it cannot be collected.
Acceptable use
Do not use Xello to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Xello available but provide it "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for data within Trello, which remains under your and Atlassian's control.
Termination
You can stop using Xello and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lyon (registered seat of the publisher, G3W), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
